A botanical artwork created around your flowers.
Perhaps you have flowers from your own garden that you would like to preserve, flowers from a wedding or special occasion, memorial flowers you would like to keep, or a particular space that needs something botanical.
The Botanical Edit creates bespoke pressed and preserved botanical artwork for homes, interiors and commercial spaces. Each piece is designed around the flowers, the space and the idea behind it.
For your home
From a single statement piece to a collection of smaller works, bespoke botanical artwork can be created around flowers and plants that are meaningful to you.
Your artwork can be created around:
Flowers from your own garden
Memorial flowers
A meaningful collection of plants or flowers
Flowers from a special occasion
A particular room or interior
A collection of specific flowers
For businesses & interiors
Bespoke botanical artwork can also be created for commercial and professional spaces.
Projects can include:
Storefronts
Botanical displays and artwork created specifically around your space and identity.
Offices
A collection or statement piece to bring natural elements into a working environment.
Real estate & interior projects
Artwork designed to complement a particular property, interior or styling concept.
Larger installations
For projects that require something beyond a single framed artwork, we can develop a larger-scale botanical installation for you.
Collections & installations
Sometimes one frame isn't quite enough.
Larger collections can be designed as a series of related artworks, with individual pieces working together as a botanical collection. For larger walls or interiors, this can also develop into a more substantial botanical installation.
The size, format and composition can all be tailored to the space.
The framing and glass
Each artwork is custom framed to suit the artwork, with the frame, mount and composition selected to work together with your preserved flowers.
As with any natural botanical material, flowers and foliage can gradually change colour over time. Exposure to light can contribute to this process, so all custom wedding artworks are finished with high-quality Artglass, which offers excellent clarity, reduced reflection and added UV protection.
The UV protection helps to reduce the effects of light exposure and slow colour changes, while allowing the details of your flowers to remain clearly visible for years to come.
Let's create something together
Do you have an idea you'd like to explore?
Get in touch and tell us a little about your project, the space you have in mind and what you would like the artwork to achieve.
There is no payment required to make an enquiry. We'll get back to you to discuss the possibilities and, once we have established what the project involves, provide a personalised quote.
To start a bespoke project, please fill out our Contact Form or email us directly at hello@thebotanicaledit.com and we will get in touch with you!
-
Tell us all about your flowers! About your ideas, where you'd like to display your artwork, or what you'd like it to celebrate. You don't need to have everything figured out yet. We'll start with a conversation about what you're looking for.

We will discuss the flowers you would like to preserve, the artwork size, and ideas for the final composition. We will then provide a personalised quote.
-
Once we agree on the proposal, a deposit is made to confirm your commission. The deposit will be deducted from the final price of your artwork. This secures your booking in our schedule and the start of your bespoke artwork process.
-
Depending on if we are using your own flowers or flowers from our collection, we will arrange the delivery of your blooms.
If you have flowers from a special event, you can drop off your fresh flowers at our studio or use our pick-up service to ensure your blooms are collected at the perfect time and in perfect condition. This will preserve their optimal colour and shape to guarantee the best possible results. -
With all details agreed on, we will start bringing your artwork to life!
We carefully deconstruct, press, reconstruct, and preserve each bloom to transform them into your bespoke artwork. This process takes 3 to 4 months. -
Once your artwork is completed, the remaining balance is due before shipping or collection. Your finished piece will then be carefully packaged and delivered safely to your home, or arranged for collection.
Bespoke Artwork process
We currently accept custom preservation orders from clients across Belgium & the Netherlands.
Because fresh blooms need to be preserved at their absolute best and we do everything by hand, we only take on a select number of bookings. And good news: our calendar still has availability for 2026/2027! To ensure we have a press ready for your flowers, reach out to us via our Contact Form or send us an email to hello@thebotanicaledit.com.
Based elsewhere? We’d still love to hear from you. Get in touch and we’ll look into the best way to get your blooms safely to our studio. And if transporting your blooms to our studio isn’t practically possible, we’ll be happy to recommend other flower preservation studios closer to you.
