Frequently Asked Questions
Have a question about preserving your flowers? You may find the answer below. If you can't find what you're looking for, get in touch and we'll be happy to help.
-
Yes! Whether it's memorial flowers, a wedding bouquet, flowers from your garden, a special gift or blooms with personal meaning, we will help you preserve them and turn them into a lasting botanical artwork.
-
Ideally, as soon as possible. Fresh flowers need to be preserved at their best, so timing matters.
For wedding bouquets, we recommend getting in touch before your wedding date so we can discuss the process, confirm your booking and arrangements for getting your bouquet to us.
To confirm your booking, we ask a Booking Deposit. This secures your date and completes your booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be due when the design is ready. -
Yes, we do! Wedding bouquet preservation is one of our specialities.
Already have a date in mind? We'd love to hear from you! Get in touch and we'll help you plan your booking and find the best way to get your wedding flowers to us. -
Sometimes. It depends on how the flowers have dried and their current condition. If you already have dried flowers you'd like to preserve, send us a few photos and we'll let you know what may be possible.
-
We can preserve many different types of flowers, foliage and botanical elements. Some varieties naturally press and dry better than others.
The final result can also depend on the condition of the flowers when they arrive, and that’s exactly why we also offer our own pickup service immeadiately after your event. This way we can ensure the best quality for pressing.
Flowers naturally change colour during pressing and may continue to fade over time. This is part of the beauty of working with natural materials, and it doesn't take away from the uniqueness and beauty of your artwork. Each flower preserves a little piece of nature in its own way.
Flower Preservation

We currently accept custom preservation orders from clients across Belgium & the Netherlands.
Based elsewhere? We’d still love to hear from you. Get in touch and we’ll look into the best way to get your blooms safely to our studio. And if transporting your blooms to our studio isn’t practically possible, we’ll be happy to recommend other flower preservation studios closer to you.
-
Once your preservation booking is confirmed, we'll provide you with instructions for preparing your flowers and give you all the transport details.
Because fresh flowers are time-sensitive, we'll make sure you know exactly what to do and when.

Each piece is designed individually, taking into account your flowers, their natural shapes and colours, and the size and style of the artwork.
We offer many designs and we'll discuss your preferences with you before your piece is created.
-
Yes. Our custom preservation pieces are professionally framed using carefully selected materials and framing options, like museum glass, that is perfectly suited to botanical preservation.
Museum glass has anti-reflective glazing material that reduces light reflection to less than 1% and blocks up to 99% of harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. This ensures the highest standard for your delicate blooms. -
99% UV Protection: Blocks ultraviolet radiation that breaks down organic plant cell structures and ensures less colour fading.
Anti-Reflective Clarity: Features an invisible optical coating that eliminates glare and reflections, making the glass look completely absent, which increases the beauty of your flowers.
Vibrancy Longevity: While all dried botanicals naturally shift or fade slightly over decades, museum glass dramatically slows down color loss.
-
Yes. We'll discuss the available options with you as part of the design process. The possibilities depend on the size and composition of your piece.
We are working with our local framer and together we will make sure to chose the best options for your artwork. -
We recommend choosing a spot in your home that gets plenty of love but skips the direct sunlight and humidity. Real flowers naturally evolve and their colours will fade over time, but keeping them away from direct sunlight and damp spaces (like bathrooms) will best protect their natural colors.
Your Custom Piece

Already have your flowers waiting to be preserved or a special date coming up soon? Let us know and we can start planning your artwork together. -
